This dollhouse has everything you need to create a magical dollhouse to last for generations. Designed by Lynlott Miniatures and built by “John The Builder” Rozycki using quality 3/8″ thick Baltic Burch. Rooms are designed to allow ample furniture placement.
Measures 31 1/2 inches across x 18 3/4 inches deep x 28 1/2″H. Additional Conservatory adds 11 inches in width.

1. Beaumont Shell, Assembled, without components (pick your own!)
2. Beaumont Assembled with Windows and Doors, excluding Side Double Door opening, as you might want to pick your own. Stairs sold separately, select to suit your design intentions.
3. Beaumont Assembled with Windows, Doors and Conservatory Addition. Stairs and double side door not included.

Note: Orders that include more than one item will be assigned a processing date according to the item.
Before shipping, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.
Returns
We don't manage the stock in our warehouse and factory. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. It is possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts thirty days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
The item cannot be used and in its original condition. You must have the item in its original packaging.
